GPY#005

- - -

‘Raketgatan 13’ was first performed live in a rudimentary form at Kulturhuset Underjorden in May 2006. Further abstracted, condensed and restructured at Nyckelpigan in June 2006.

This recording marks the end of Nyckelpigan, and is dedicated to Hanna, Linus & Viktoria. Good times behind us, good times ahead of us.

May 27th: Kulturhuset Underjorden, Gothenburg

The fullest track here is Groundwater by Sweden's Jonas Lindgren based on the dramatic floods and breaking dams in Sundsvall 2001. Here he has truly captured a live entity and embellished its roaring nature.

- the instrumental weekly

- fat bankroll

For the past 6 or 7 years Jonas Lindgren, a 25 year old from Sundsvall in the middle of Sweden, been a player in the underground noise and experimental scene. Somewhat overlooked, Lindgren has released scores of cdr-s, mp3eps and cassettes as well as participating on many renowned international compilaton cd's and lp's under various different aliases, including The Hurt I Feel Is My Hurt, Motpol, Dead+Hurt (together with T. Ekelund of Dead Letters Spell Out Dead Words fame) and under his own name.
