Looks like they had some problems completing orders in the past, but seems like they've improved no end recently. I think they had trouble initially because they're a small team (maybe just one guy at the beginning?) and couldn't meet demand at the time.

I ordered a bc8 (under £100), and got it THE NEXT DAY.

Excellent customer service, and a truly fantastic product. Very intuitive, fun, and easy to make all kinds of electronic beepy music. I'm ordering a bc16, which will take a month (as they're busy fulfilling backorders), but no reason, from my experience, to suppose it would be any later. Hope it's the same for everyone else.

In any case, anything from Chimera should definitely be worth the wait - well built, great design, and fabulous sound in tiny synthy instruments.
